It has been an eventful weekend for me...
During the past weekend, i have actually watched both [The Lake House] and the [Il Mare]. Personally i think i have enjoyed [The Lake House] more as i find it to be more humourous and touching. But, i really like the way the house was filmed in the [Il Mare], with the building silhouetted against its background and it definitely has a more architectural touch to it as compared to the glass house in [The Lake House]. Would like to catch [The Lake House] again if there is a chance.
On Saturday, both liting and i went to kelly’s house in the evening intending to catch the fireworks of the NDP preview. It was my first time to her house, and her parents were very nice to me, trying to make me feel at home. Really felt quite homely as we sat round the table together with her family and enjoying dinner. After which, we all proceeded to the nearby open space intending to catch some shots of the fireworks. There were already quite a crowd there, young and old, family and friends, all ready and patiently waiting for the fireworks to start. We quickly found a place for liting to set up her camera and soon after, some sparks of fireworks went off and we were frantically snapping away. After the fireworks have ended, the three of us proceeded to the cosy bay there to continue taking more photographs...
These are some of the photographs that i have taken on that night. As i don’t have my camera with me and can only rely on my 2 mega pixel handphone camera, so... don’t put too high an expectation on the photographs... hee...

i happened to see the fireworks at marina south....
u oso saw ah! nice hor the fireworks! but too bad i was so busy snapping away on my camera that i didn't really have a good look at it...
next time u can try goin to the area opposite the cosy bay there and see, can get quite a good view there...
ya... i din know got NDP preview. was busy eating til i heard the bom bom bom.. then realised its the fireworks.. ha
