I finally went for my first lesson of kickboxing yesterday evening.
Initially, I was a bit frightened off by the instructor as he told us that we are going to have 15 rounds yesterday (which are considered quite a lot) as it was the month end again. But it definitely wasn’t as terrifying as it sounds and before I realized it, the one and a half hour lesson has already ended.
I find it still quite alright, except that I was having some problems in trying to get the actions and timing correct. And there are times where I felt that my hands and legs just couldn’t coordinate at all. I think I really looked very funny then. But I suppose this will improve with more practices in the future... hopefully...
Though I nearly dieded during the last exercise, the after feeling of working out is really great. I think the last time I had such a feeling was during the basketball training back in junior college and I really missed this feeling...
