Felt quite happy this week to have managed to start exercising again after slacking for so long. The fact that I have exercised 3 times this week is indeed quite a good start for me.
Went jogging on Monday & Wednesday evening and managed to do an approximate 1.8km run each. Not a long distance, some of u might think, but i nearly died at the end of each run, so this shows how long I have not been jogging. And today, I did a usual 10 laps of swim under the big hot sun, not too difficult, but was extremely stressed in trying to avoid the people coming from the opposite direction and from the sides.
I think the main reason that made me start exercising is an influence from a friend who is a bit exerholic. So I say, sometimes influences can be good too…
